Relay Source – UK Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all customers using Relay Source services in the United Kingdom. By booking a service with Relay Source, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. General Provisions
Relay Source (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional chauffeur and private transportation services in the United Kingdom. These T&Cs govern your use of our services, including online bookings, app bookings, and telephone reservations.
Your use of our services indicates acceptance of these T&Cs. Conflicting terms or conditions provided by customers do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by Relay Source.
2. Contractual Relationship and Service Provision
Relay Source arranges for chauffeur services but does not operate public transport.
A contract is formed once we confirm your booking via email (“Booking Confirmation”).
You are entitled to request the booked service directly from Relay Source and our chauffeurs.
3. Registration and User Information
Users must provide complete and accurate information when booking.
Automated or fraudulent registrations are prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
4. Service Details
4.1 Vehicle Classes and Upgrades
We offer multiple vehicle classes (e.g., Business Class, First Class, Business Van/SUV).
Specific vehicle models are illustrative; we cannot guarantee a particular model.
Relay Source may upgrade your booking to a higher vehicle class if available at no extra cost.
4.2 Passengers and Luggage
Maximum passengers and luggage must be respected for safety.
Additional or bulky items must be pre-declared and may incur extra charges.
4.3 Pick-up and Timing
The agreed pick-up time is specified in your Booking Confirmation.
For airport bookings, flight delays may adjust pick-up times accordingly.
4.4 Behaviour in the Vehicle
All passengers must follow safety instructions, including seatbelt use.
Smoking is prohibited.
Consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is discouraged unless permitted in advance.
5. Booking, Cancellation & Payment
5.1 Booking
All bookings must be confirmed by Relay Source via email or app notification.
5.2 Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to pick-up may be refunded in full.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up may incur full charges.
No-shows are subject to full payment.
5.3 Payment
Payments can be made via credit card or other accepted methods.
All prices include applicable VAT.
Additional services, stops, or upgrades may increase the total charge.
6. Liability
Relay Source is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
The chauffeurs are employed directly by Relay Source and are covered under our professional liability.
7. Amendments
Relay Source reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
